Firearm Auction Terms – Warren Liquidation Auction & Resale LLC
1. Texas ID Requirement: A valid Texas Driver’s License or Texas State ID is required to complete the purchase of any firearm.
2. Matching Information: The name, address, city, state, and ZIP code on the ID must exactly match the information provided in the bidder’s account with Warren Liquidation.
3. Eligibility:
• Buyer must be a Texas resident.
• Buyer must be 21 years of age or older.
• Buyer must be legally allowed to own or carry a firearm in the State of Texas.
4. In-Person Pickup Only:
• Firearms must be picked up in person by the winning bidder.
• A photo of the buyer’s ID will be taken by Warren Liquidation staff at pickup and kept on file for our records.
• No shipping is available for firearms.
5. Payment Terms:
• Due to our payment processor’s restrictions, we cannot accept online payments for firearm purchases.
• Accepted payment methods: CashApp, Zelle, or Apple Pay.
• We do NOT accept cash under any circumstances.
By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms listed above. Failure to meet any of the listed requirements will result in forfeiture of the firearm and a permanent ban from future auctions.
