INVOICE PAYMENT MUST BE PAID ONLINE THROUGH YOUR DASHBOARD. 

$100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID IN CASH TO STORAGE FACILITY. 

• The defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the invoice payment is received from the winning bidder (paid online via dashboard)unless otherwise stated in the state's lien laws.
• A refundable cleaning deposit of $100 CASH must be paid to storage facility.
• 72 Hour clean out time is from (9/23/23 10am to 9/26/23 10am) If additional time is needed for clean out, buyer must speak with property management.
• Property management reserves the right to allow/deny additional clean out time. Additional cost may apply if more time is awarded by property management.
• Sales tax may be collected unless verification of exemption is provided
• All auction unit(s) are subject to cancellation by the storage facility
• If the winning bidder fails to pay and take possession of unit, the unit can and will be offered to alternate bidder (Back up Bidder).
• Bidders are liable for their winning bids and associated premiums, taxes, and fees regardless of whether they claim the property in the auction unit(s)
• Winning bidder must make payment online via dashboard. Refundable Deposit $100 cash paid to storage facility manager at time of clean out.  
• Unit must be cleared of ALL trash and debris and swept
• No onsite dumpster use
